Stirm Wine Company!
Join us at the bar on Tuesday, 6/23 at 6p for some amazing California wine! Thanks to our friends at Voyager Beverage, we’ll be pouring some phenomenal juice from Ryan Stirm. Striking out on his own in 2013 after formative years with the likes of Tyler, Lieu Dit, and Thomas Fogarty, Ryan works with overlooked historic vineyards, focusing on sustainability and organic practices, making wines in a balanced, minimal-intervention style.
Chef Paul will be working with our local farmers and purveyors, pairing the wine with some lighter summer fare.
